Sautéed Fresh Green Beans with French Onions

Ingredients:

2 Pound of Fresh French Green Beans.

1 Tablespoon of butter.

5 Large onions.

Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.

Preparation:

1. Boil 2 pounds of fresh french green beans for a minute.

2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and add 5 large onions sliced seasoned with salt and pepper.

3. Cook for 5-8 minutes until caramelized.Add the boiled french green beans to a skillet with red pepper flakes and salt. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.

4. Top the french green beans with the caramelized onions and enjoy.
